NAVTEQ has announced it has signed Telmap as a publisher of its fast-expanding NAVTEQ LocationPoint ad network. The deal extends NAVTEQ LocationPoint, among the fastest-growing location-aware mobile ad networks in the world, to millions of users of Telmap's premium location-based services.
